Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality IT solutions. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, our refund policy is as follows:

Prepaid Services: No refunds are provided for prepaid service hours or consultation fees.

Custom Software Development & IT Services: Due to the nature of custom software and IT solutions, refunds are not offered once the project has started. However, clients may request modifications within the agreed scope.

Subscription-Based Services (e.g., Hosting, Maintenance): Refunds are available for cancellations made within the first 7 days of the service period. No refunds will be provided after this period.

Service Cancellation & Return Policy

Clients can cancel ongoing projects with a written notice. However, any work completed up to the cancellation date is non-refundable.If a client terminates a service agreement before completion, a prorated charge may apply for the work done.Digital services such as software licenses, cloud services, and digital tools cannot be returned once issued.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is filed without prior discussion, the client’s account and services may be suspended until the issue is resolved.We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any payment disputes before initiating a chargeback.
